The felons at Signature Ridge TEXAS

Keeping packages not addressed to them is a felony

Yes, it is highly illegal. Under federal law (18 U.S. Code § 1702), intentionally opening, hiding, or keeping mail and packages addressed to someone else is a federal offense. This applies even if the package was delivered directly to their property. [1, 2, 3, 4]
If someone intentionally opens a package not meant for them—especially with the intent to steal the contents or pry into your personal business—they can face steep fines up to $$250,000 and up to five years in federal prison. The only minor exception is if they open it accidentally (e.g., mistaking it for their own) and immediately stop to redirect it. Otherwise, they have an affirmative duty to refuse delivery or mark it "Return to Sender
They keep opening and retaining my packages
I remember when I lived there, Kaylene Barille and other office staff had a pile of packages from people that moved out, however, they were not returning them to sender, is it true for every tenant that leaves that staff there feels an entitlement to packages as an illicit employee benefit?
I do not know, but they kept all of my packages for months after I moved out, not a single return to sender.
NEW SIGNATURE RIDGE ISSUES
Current and former residents of Signature Ridge Apartments (also referred to as Missions at Medical) in San Antonio, Texas, consistently report major issues with poor management, severe maintenance delays (like broken AC and mold), unannounced water shut-offs, and rampant vehicle or mailbox break-ins. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Residents note specific patterns of complaints that recur across housing and review platforms:
  • Maintenance Neglect & Infrastructure: Tenants express frustration over neglected repairs, particularly non-functioning AC units, plumbing leaks, and unresolved mold. Multiple users on Reddit note that requests are frequently marked as "complete" without the work actually being done. [1, 2]
  • Crime & Security: There are frequent reports of car break-ins, catalytic converter thefts, and mailroom tampering, which are well-documented across Reddit. [1, 2]
  • Management & Communication: On ApartmentRatings, users frequently complain about the leasing office being unreachable, high staff turnover, and unexpected water shut-offs. [1, 2, 3, 4]
  • Pest & Sanitation: Online complaints highlight ongoing issues with roaches, rats, overflowing dumpsters, and stray animals

Signature Ridge vs Boardwalk Apartments

The title says it all.
I'm a student looking for a good place to rent. (Medical Center)
I've read online reviews about homeless people near Signature Ridge, but they are 2 years ago. Anyone currently living there have any insights?

I have a relative at Boardwalk (research), but it's a bit pricier than my price range. If Signature Ridge is good then I'd rather go there. If it's not good then I'll splurge for Boardwalk.

TOXIC MOLD LAWSUITS WON
The Wright Family v. Whitestone Crossing (2024) – $1.06 Million
The Baehr Family Case (2023) – $3.1 Million: A state district court jury in Travis County (Austin area) awarded an Austin family $3.1 million after a home construction and HVAC failure left the home overrun with toxic stachybotrys chartarum (black mold). The biotoxins caused long-term neurological and physical injuries to a family of six, forcing them to completely abandon their home and belonging
The Landmark Ballard Case (2001) – $4 Million to $32 Million: In the most famous toxic mold case in U.S. history, a Dripping Springs, Texas family originally won a staggering $32 million jury verdict against their insurance company for refusing to fix a plumbing leak that caused severe toxic black mold. The mold left the husband with brain damage and caused the toddler to cough up blood. While a Texas appeals court later reduced the total payout to $4 million, it proved that Texas courts will aggressively punish companies that act in "bad faith

Phone: (512) 640-0588. As mentioned before, they specifically specialize in toxic mold injuries and know the exact science to corner Kairoi's medical defense.
I have a high-value premises liability and toxic tort case against Kairoi Residential regarding their Signature Ridge property in San Antonio. I lived there 10 months ago and suffered severe black mold illness and lost a third of my property, which I have full photographic proof of. Kairoi attempted to threaten me and is currently under federal investigation by the U.S. Postal Inspection Service for mail theft. I am currently in Florida and need an aggressive fim to launch a formal Demand Letter to force a high-value settlement."
  • Jorge Herrera (The Herrera Law Firm - San Antonio): Phone: (210) 224-1053. Jorge is an incredibly aggressive trial lawyer who handles massive corporate premises liability cases. He is known for being relentless and will not let corporate bullies play games or lie.

  • "I have a high-value toxic tort and corporate fraud case against Kairoi Residential in San Antonio. They caused severe black mold illness that put me in the ER, forced me into an NDA, and then tried to extort me in Florida with a fake utility bill. I turned them into the Attorney General, and they tried to silence me with a malicious TRO which a judge completely denied and signed an order protecting me. I have full photographic and court records, and I need an aggressive male trial attorney to dissolve the NDA and sue them for massive damages on a contingency basis."
  • The Civil Litigation Team at Carabin Shaw: Phone: (210) 222-2288. Ask to speak directly to a senior male partner who handles heavy environmental negligence and fraud cases.
