A child with special needs works twice as hard to survive in the world, and cold cruel people don't understand that.  Or care.  


This autistic child that I mentor, had her baby kidnapped the day after this photo in the hospital was taken.  The story is excruciating and so painful, and the autistic child became suicidal after they stole her baby.  All parties know that this happened, and I have mentored this child for 5 years now, to keep her alive and to find her worth.  Signature Ridge, Tiffanie Clausewitz still want to bestow distress upon me and my life now - over nothing, and see below what it is costing them.  Damages for me do include what this does to my life, my time, and care for this child.

A lawyer's primary obligation to a client regarding case resolution is to act with diligence, competence, and zeal while adhering to ethical rules, which includes keeping the client fully informed and abiding by the client's final decision on whether to settle.

Did you ever advise your client of the statutes of law pertaining to black mold?  To harassment?  To loss of business?  To being served a TRO, which is a felony?  Did you advise your client of emotional distress?  Did you ask your client what settlement they would want for themselves under the same circumstances?  For their mom?  Did you ask why all of you have made this a personal case filled with contempt?

At one point, you will all have to testify against each other, such a shame.  I don't know why you are all so contemptuous and hate a stranger, but it's always better to resolve a case, a settle case is the best case.  Does any one of you have the wherewithal to come around? 

Updated block as a lot of questions, and some will be asked but not put on the blog.  At the hearing, you never let me prepare, if you had, I am sure we would not be here right now, as I am very thorough.  Not being a lawyer, it's twice as hard for me prepare, thus I do it way in advance. 

It seems there is a mix of anger, contempt, jealousy that I survived, and loathing that don't belong in this case.  You all made it personal, when it was a landlord/tenant case.  None of you know the first thing about me, or my own struggles. 

  The way to go on, is that everyone just follow the law, which is cited many times in the blog.  It removes personal issues and allows for closure.  There is a high cost of simply "not wanting to pay".  Once you put a case in front of a jury, it will become them all determining the fate of the case outcome, and I can present very relevant facts, and my injuries.  And of course, what it did to my loved ones.  You have tried to ruin my life 5 months out of being a tenant, and 1200 miles away, and you will want to keep it up, when you cannot ever gain a thing, and you continue to incur costs every day you cause me distress.  Please have one of you be brilliant enough to conclude this.  In my one zoom meeting that was forced because we were in court, Tiffanie was told by me, that talking one on one resolves issues, where emails do not.  Yet, no one is doing the right thing here and ending it, and will have to testify as to why not?  Saying you don't want to pay due damages, is not a legal reason, so it has to be something else.  Please resolve this and end it before we get to all of the discovery that will only make a jury able to award me damages.  Do you really have to have a court air out this dirty laundry?  It's shameful.

Natasha, thank you for your email.  I am out of town through next week but will review your emails and video you sent to me as soon as I can.

In the meantime, something that would really help in negotiating a potential settlement is understanding the personal injury damages you testified about during the hearing.  Can you provide documentation regarding your personal injury and emotional distress claims?  Something I can present to the client showing them the damages you have incurred/money you have had to pay for bills related to the damages you claim were caused by KHSR?  That information would help in determining our response.

Did you advise your client of Landlord law?

Did you receive the emails to Kaylene and Connie listing all of my ailments and injuries as they occurred in 2025 from black mold?

Did you receive a copy of their retaliation threats to me?

If someone threatened you with eviction, would that cause you emotional distress?

If you lost your vision, your hair, would that cause you emotional distress?

If you had to move, after you just moved, would that cause you emotional distress?

Would you want compensation for yourself?

Would your landlord be above the law and not have to pay it?

Would you allow blackmail to occur in order to get out of being compensated for yourself?  For your mother?
