Connie perjured herself in civil case - lying to the judge about social media posts by me causing them to "lose tenants"

Third World Living Conditions At Signature Ridge Under Kairoi, and their lawyer Tiffanie Clausewitz committed crimes

These complaints are CRIMINAL and against the Lardlord of Signature Ridge
My case is not unique, it's common, what's uncommon is that they have chase me to Florida 
1200 miles away

I moved from San Antonio to Clearwater FL - 1200 miles away

On Sept 24 2025

Kaylene - waiting for my new address was like a spider catching its prey


Once she had address and returned my security deposit, next thing, she sent a fake bill - faking electric company logo and a "fee" 


She proceeded to lie about it, blaming a 3rd party billing company for over 2 months.  Would not give me a 0 balance until I filed a criminal complaint for them trying to extort money via faking money due.  

I had to sign an NDA to move out.  I moved out due to black mold that was on my wall and nearly killed me, caused me immense life-threatening illness at my age = 
unable to breathe, swallow, eat, lost vision, got chills, bronchiolar cough, lost weight, lost my hair, unable to stand, fell and could not get up, and health was impaired for over 4 months.  


Connie Valdez retaliated by trying to force FAKE EVICTION when I owed nothing and was that ill.  



I did not even have the funds to move, I had just moved to Texas, before these people from Kairoi took over as landlords.

Once in Texas, it was Kaylene Barille that harassed me, contacted me for this "fake bill" and pushed it to the point of me filing the criminal charges.   By me telling her that it was a crime to extort money, Kaylene (over 50 years old) cried to her superior, in her 30's not even a lawyer, but tried acting as one, and she sent me a cease and desist, which I refused to accept.

And needs to specify her pronouns.  She has not passed the bar yet but sent me the cease and desist instead of sending to Kaylene - who came after me w/ a fake bill. 




That is the postal carrier taking the letter back - I refused to accept them sending me harassment mail.

Next thing, they did was hire Tiffanie Clausewitz, who then served me with a fake harassment order - and to go to court in Texas.



It's a felony (several) to file a false TRO and to try to reverse the liability - which was on Kaylene Barille and then further tell the court - via perjury and bearing false witness that I violated the NDA that I signed under duress to get out of my lease.

Tiffanie furthered the abuse by scheduling hearings that she never served me, getting me to default, and then tacking on a "bond" to steal and scam money from me to them that they were not due.

She tried to set up the judge, after we were supposed to have the case continued, that she was sure she would prevail.  

Despite perjury, her one-sided exhibits of me responding to their harassment, abuse, discrimination against a grandmother, and me being 1200 miles away, I WON

The judge denied the TRO

I won and this shoddy lawyer could not set up the judge in this matter and get her to commit felonies. 

In my testimony, Tiffany kept objecting to the truth, she never even cross-examined me.

I offered more than 20 times to settle this case, and the NDA, which is useless and does not cover crimes, and they declined.  There is no breach, there never was, and they won't let go.

What is their obsession?  I don't know

They were served a Demand prior to this lawsuit being filed, and I tried about 20 times to settle out of court.
Even offered to take down any content without the NDA (the thing they said was bothering them) and they declined.
They refused to even answer the demand.

Once I moved out from the black mold, the landlords re-rented the unit right away - never fixed up the apartment so that this does not happen to anyone else.

At the time of the trial there were 80 vacant units in the 32-building complex, they perjured themselves to say that was my fault, and when cross-examined, they had to confess that was untrue.

Signature Ridge advertises luxury living on their website, but the reality is that it's nothing short of a slum. 

The 2 years I lived under this Kairoi company the property became a 3rd world slum and people kept leaving. 

They held a 2-week festival in our parking lot between 2 buildings, and kids were running barefoot, food was served when it was over 100 degrees, and loud music and prayer services were done by blowhorn, and they took up all of the parking spaces


It's illegal to serve food inside a garage in the heat, and not have a permit, and to not have a pathway for the firetrucks.  Manager Kaylene Barille would not help these people find a proper place to hold their festival.

I gave away 13 truckloads of my possessions to leave.  



I ended up cracking and losing a tooth from grinding my teeth and all of the stress on top of the months of illness.

Brought in skunks, drug dealers, rodents, and cockroaches.  It was like living in a 3rd world country.  

TO DATE = THEY HAVE PAID ME 0 IN DAMAGES FOR ALL OF THIS

THEY HAVE NO BREACH, NO COUNTERCLAIM AND THEY WON'T OBEY THE LAW.

They are so lawless they would rather eat a bucket of worms than obey the law and let this case close.


When people ask me why they are doing this, I am clueless, but I do believe I disturbed a hornet's nest of their fraud by them sending fake bills after people move out, as part of their wealth.   I will ask them when the case goes to trial.
