The worst review, after the broken elevator, car break-ins, vandalism, and more, was this one, with the above apartment leaking down the the lower apartment and flooding everything - management MIA 

Shocking and scary to see this, 

BANK CHARGEBACK - You can file a bank chargeback from your account when any complex, and this one, take your money and you are not going to live there.  

This theft of application fees is such a scam, I never finished applying and they demanded that fee, and they cannot.

They bully and harass to no end, and cannot.
