George Copadis
embezzled funds under the cares act
I won the right to these funds by a 3 panel judge, despite him having 3 lawyers to fight it.
After I won this appeal with New Hampshire unemployment, George Copidas, the insurance commissioner denied it, and embezzled my income for 2.5 years' worth of allotted revenue.
I sued him in Federal court, he defaulted.
George Copidas defaulted under 4 different cases in court & in the 5th circuit appeals court.
George tried w/ his influence to have the case moved out of Texas, back to NH where is corruption is covered. However, he never filed for an appearance in the New Hampshire Case, nor the 3 cases in Texas
Texas court cannot lawfully move a case out of Texas to NH, but they did, and then Judge Chestney recused herself because this was illegal.
George Copidas never filed for an appearance in New Hampshire.
The Texas Court has send via mail an "unpublished order" trying to hide their aiding a defaulted party, George Copidas, and they cannot.
I continued to fight the case on appeal after his double defaults, in Texas and in New Hampshire
The 5th Circuit would not issue a lawful default because I am pro-se and they were contacted by George Copidas.
The case is still on appeal now.
In New Hampshire, during COVID, businesses were able to collect funds for the business loss
It was unchecked money, and a lot of it was never paid to the businesses, including my store
Favorite Things - 18 West St. Keene NH
These receipts are for the lawsuit,
I filed a motion to accept the overnight service as they did indeed receive the case, the summons and these 2 forms of payment for service.
They have defaulted on September 11, 2023 and I am awaiting a ruling for my stolen unpaid funds from COVID for 2020 - 2022.
