Timothy likes to sue, and bully, and abuse his power w/ his law degree.
Timothy McLaughlin, got asked by Ryan Mzarik to file on behalf of Perkins Coie and answer pleadings for 4 Defendants, Twitter, Google, Blogspot, and YouTube.
Oooops, stupid Timothy forgot to file everyone but Twitter.
He continued to file pleadings, without lawfully representing them, and thus the case had to go on appeal. It was so easy to set up people this greedy, they just fill out paperwork to over bill, and never really have their head in the game.
Can someone ask Timothy why he then filed for an appearance for all parties on the appeal, when he did not file in District court? If he did actually go to law school and pass "the bar" not "a bar" he would know that he would be required to file for an appearance in order to submit any pleadings.
as well as criminal. Timothy has never contacted his own client regarding censorship, and other issues, the only thing lawyers like Timothy do, is get a retainer and spend it on themselves. They are obligated by law to relate and confer to their client, all the case matters, offers, and pleadings, but he does not, neither does Ryan Mzarik, the attorney that retained Timothy.

Don't get mad at the messenger, there would be nothing to even write about, if the attorneys were not trying to ignore the law, enrich themselves, and "buy" their own wealth via their clients. All attorneys file Motions to Dismiss, throw in the kitchen sink of excuses, and non-relevant cases and then PREY upon a judge to bypass the Constitution, and let their poor and unlawful pleadings to fly.
In this case, however, since YouTube, Google and Blogspot are keeping money that the Plaintiff in this case earns, the lawyers are then guilty of aiding and abetting in such revenue theft.
