MY TENANCY ENDED

WITH BLACK MOLD ILLNESS

Signature Ridge owned by Kairoi abused me after I nearly died from inhaling black mold

My symptoms included

Temporary blindness, hair loss, could not eat or swallow, bedridden, stomach cramps, coughing, lasted 90 days, 

In which time they tried to evict me, illegally, my rent was all paid up, but they did not want to pay damages at all, so they violated landlord tenant law.

My hair fell out - 2/3 of my hair was gone

This happened every day for 90 days

This was attributed to black mold illness

90 days later when I could get out of bed

I was forced to leave 2/3 of my possessions behind, they could not fit in the truck. 

I am 8 months in Florida now, - no furniture, no couch, chairs, tables, etc No bureau for my clothes, 

Once I got to Florida, Kaylene Barille sent me a fake bill, using the electric company logo, and trying to extort money that I did not owe.

If people do not pay this bill, they add fees and then put it on your credit report

Kaylene lied about inventing this bill herself and she blamed the billing company that would not nullify the bill, I had to turn them into the Attorney General

They retaliated by using Clausewitz Reyes law firm in Texas, (Tiffanie Clausewitz) to try to serve me a temporary restraining order to not allow me to sue them, get damages, or tell what they did and were doing.  It was denied. 

It's a felony to use blackmail to silence a person this way.

I was forced to sign an NDA to break my lease and get $5K of the 12K moving costs to leave the inhabitable apartment. 

Kaylene Barille refused to relocate me within the complex to a safer apartment, after I had already had a peeping tom live on my balcony and the cops were called. 

The new owners were so negligent on trash picked up, that they charge each tenant of over 500 units for, $35 a month and they brought in skunks and other creatures.

Drug dealers came to this trash every weekend looking for needles and some stayed overnight in this complex, scaring the tenants

They did nothing about it for a year.

So far, 9 lawyers in two states have been turned into the DOJ over refusing to end this case, and the NDA, and leave me alone.

Multiple lawyers that were involved in overbilling have dropped out, because it's been lunacy to try to act like this "herd" of lawyers needs to end an NDA and calculate damages due.  

The Florida Judge unlawfully ruled that the actions of Tiffanie Clausewitz to harass and bully with service of illicit paperwork belongs in Texas, when it does meet Florida statutes and should have been closed out.

Judge Patricia Muscarella in Clearwater FL did not do her job, wonder why?
